We checked the OLIS services on Innovation Lab and we successfully submitted the request..

Please try to use the next value in fields below:

Patient Sex : F (Capital latter).
Start Timestamp: The value should be after the date of birth.

I will send you direct email with print screens. Please let me know if you still have a problem.
